Christmas Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream

Ingredients:

3 kg beef loin with little fat
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp spicy horseradish cream sauce
1 tbsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard

Preparing:

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef.
Place on a baking tray to roasting with the fat side up.
Cook to 170°C (350°F) for 2 hours.

Whip the cream until soft peaks obtain.
Add cream horseradish and mustard in the souroundig¡ng form.

Bathe the beef with the sauce and serve.

Thanksgiving Beef with Mint and Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

250 g baby beef
5 ounces natural yogurt
6 sprigs of fresh mint
2 sprigs of rosemary
2 tbsp feta cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Preparing:

Mix
the yogurt with mint, rosemary, salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Cook the beef for 7 minutes.

Put sauce on the plate and then the beef.
Bathe with feta cheese.

Red Bean Soup

Ingredients:

800 g red beans
400g tomato paste
150 of LekkerLand Barva Mild cheese
25 g butter
2 onions chopped
1 chili pepper, chopped
2 cubes beef broth
Pinch of spicy (Tabasco)

Preparing:

Cook the onion and sweet pepper in butter.
Add the tomato paste, beff cubes and a half liter of water.
Let boil and add the beans and spicy.
Serve with cheese squares.
