Thanksgiving Smashed Potatoes witn Blackberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup cream
1 cup mashed potatoes without salt
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar

Blackberry Sauce:
250 g blackberries
150 g sugar

Preparing:

Mix all ingredients until it forms a manageable mass.
Put the mixture in decorate bag.
Forming small volcanos and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove and let stand for a minute.

Blackberry Sauce:
Process
blackberries with sugar.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Pour over mashed potato.
