<p>3 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup grated ripe mango
1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
1 tomato, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp curry
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt</p>
<p>Preparing:</p>
<p>Fry the onion in oil.
Add garlic, ginger and tomato and cook for 1 minute.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes.</p>
