1 oz rum 1 oz triple sec 1 oz amaretto 1 oz lemon juice Grated zest of 1 lemon

Preparing:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain and serve in a glass.

Boil wine with port wine, cinnamon, cloves and sugar. Reduce heat and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from heat, add orange and lemon juice and stir.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat again and serve.

1 bottle of sparkling white wine  or cider, chilled 12 oz mango nectar 12 oz pineapple nectar 12 oz orange juice Bits of mango, pineapple and orange, to taste Ice

Preparing:

Combine well the nectars with juice, fruits and ice. Add wine just before serving.

4 cups apple juice 2 cups orange juice 2 cups cranberry juice 4 cloves 3 cinnamon sticks 1 orange, sliced

Preparing:

Heat all ingredients, except orange slices, in a saucepan. Reduce heat when it boils and cook for 10 more minutes.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat again, garnish with orange slices and serve.

2 bottles of cold champagne 2 cups cranberry juice 1 ½ cups of rum ½ cup sugar Fresh mint leaves 1 lemon, sliced 1 pomegranate, seeds

Dissolve the sugar in half liter of water, boil and let cool completely. Combine Champagne with cranberry juice, rum and pomegranate seeds.

1 liter cranberry juice 1/2 liter mineral water 1 cup brandy 1 bottle champagne Lemon gores Syrup to taste (sugar dissolved in water to the fire)

Preparing:

Mix in a cocktail mixer the cranberry juice, brandy and lemon gores. Add the syrup to taste. Before serving add the mineral water and champagne.
