Wined Christmas Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1 cup white wine
18 halved mushrooms
6 chicken thighs, without skin
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparing:

Season chicken with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Fry chicken in the butter and oil until brown.
Add the minced garlic and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the wine and 1/2 cup water and cook on low fire for 10 minutes.

Thanksgiving Wined Turkey with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

6 turkey breasts without skin
1 cup white wine
18 mushrooms into halves
6 garlic cloves, chopped
6 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparing:

Season the turkey with salt, pepper and crushed garlic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Fry turkey into hot oil and butter until brown.
Add the chopped garlic and mushrooms and cook until they are well cooked.
Pour the wine and 1/2 cup water.
Lower the fire, cover and cook until the liquid almost evaporates.

Thanksgiving Potato and Leek Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups water
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup potato cubes in line
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped leek
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup minced fresh chili pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cooking potatoes and leek in water.
Liquefy potatoes along with the chicken broth and mushrooms.

Fry onion, chili pepper and garlic.
Add the liquid, yogurt and spices.
Allow to boil and serve with parsley.
