<p>750 g large prawns
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp piri-piri sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 chilli, chopped</p>
<p>Preparing:</p>
<p>Marinate prawns with garlic, chilli and olive oil.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.</p>
<p>Fry prawns, add piri-piri sauce and cook for 3 minutes.</p>
