Ingredients:
250 g shrimp
6 corn tortillas
¼ butter stick
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ onion, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil
Preparing:
Fold tortillas into a cone shape and fasten with toothpicks.
Fry in oil until golden and brown.
Place over napkins to remove fat excess.
Fry the onion in butter.
Add the shrimp and tomato and season with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients when shrimps begin to change color and mix well.
Cook over medium heat until the liquid is reduced completely.
Fill the cones with the shrimp mixture and serve.
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
150 g of mashed beans
150 g boneless chicken breast
100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
1 avocado
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper
Preparing:
Cook spiced chicken breast in a skillet with oil.
Cut into strips.
Place on each tortilla a bit of beans, chicken, avocado and mozzarella cheese.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Place another tortilla on top.
Cook in a skillet or griddle until brown on both sides and serve.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped chives
4 eggs, beaten
3 white potatoes, peeled and diced.
3 sweet corn, shelled
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper
Prepararing:
Fry the potatoes in a pan.
Cook the corn in oil and butter with a little salted water until tender and without any water.
Add the potatoes, eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Simmer until eggs are cooked.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with chives and serve.
