Thanksgiving Squash and Ginger Soup

Ingredients:

3 cups chicken brothThanksgiving Squash and Ginger Soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
20 ounces frozen cooked winter squash, thawed
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon salt

Preparing:

Simmer broth and squash in a large saucepan.
Add the applesauce, ginger, salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and stir in cream.
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

*Yield: 6 servings

Mocca Coffee

Ingredients:

1 espresso
1/2 oz chocolate topping
Foam milk
Whipped Cream
Ground nuts

Preparing:

Place in the bottom of a cup the chocolate topping.
Add foam coffee and espresso.
Decorate with whipped cream and ground nuts.

Bache Coffee

Ingredients:

1 ounce nuts cream (nutella)
Coffee “expresso”
Foam milk
Whipped Cream

Preparing:

Put in a glass an ounce of nuts cream, followed by the foam milk until half of the glass.
Add coffee and decorate with whipped cream.
