Chili Potatoes


6 great potatoes
8 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili dust
1/2 tsp salt


Cut each potato in 8 gores.
Place gores in a bowl and add the olive oil, the salt and chile, and mix well.

Pass the potatoes to a baking tray.
Cook at 200ºC (425ºF) for 15 minutes.
Turn them back and cook for 15 more minutes.
Repeat the previous thing and cook for 25 more minutes.
