Ingredients:

2 cups chopped heart palm
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 chopped kiwi
1 chopped lettuce
Dressing:
1/2 cup yogurt
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp fine chopped onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
