200 g steak
8 ounce cream
6 once white wine
3 ounce passionfruit juice
1 ounce olive oil
1/2 rosemary small branch
Salt and pepper
Bake at 100ºC (200ºF) the whole tomato with the olive oil and pepper for 25 minutes.
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Cook with oil in a hot frying pan until is a little gilded.
Bake at 100ºC (200ºF) for 8 minutes.
Reduce the wine to half with the rosemary.
Add the cream and let boil.
Incorporate the passionfruit juice little by little and let it boils again.
Bathe the steak with the sauce.
Accompany with the roasted tomato.
