Steamed Fish


125 g fish
1 oz white wine
3 fresh mushrooms
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped chili pepper
1/2 chopped carrots
1/2 tomato, sliced
Salt and pepper
Olive oil


Marinate fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Place the fish in a greased pyrex with olive oil, onion and chili pepper.
Top with mushrooms, tomato and carrots.
Bathe with white wine.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
