Tabasco Steaks with Parsley Butter

Ingredients:

4 sirloin steaks
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
4 tbsp Tabasco sauce
4 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Preparing:

Preheat the grill.
Place the butter in a small bowl and beat the chopped parsley with a fork until incorporated.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to chill in the refrigerator until required.
Sprinkle each steak with 1 tsp of Tabasco sauce, rubbing it in well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the steaks over hot coals.
Tranfer to serving plates and topped with parley butter.
