Thanksgiving Tuna Gratiné


300 ml milk
325 g corn
200 g tuna in oil
70 g chips potatoes
55 g grated cheddar cheese
25 g flour
25 g butter
2 tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).
Melt butter and fry flour in it for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and slowly add milk.
Cook again and bring the milk to the boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cheese, tuna and the oil, corn, salt and pepper.

Place tomato slices in a greased mold.
Pour the mixture over the tomatoes.
Grind the chips potatoes and spread over the mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes.
